Clothing that allows you to move freely throughout the appointment. Your practitioner may ask you to perform specific movements. We suggest exercise clothing.
Manual Adjustments are a common way a chiropractor will aim to increase or restore full range of motion to a joint within the spine or extremities. The most common use is through a high-velocity, low-amplitude thrust at end-range. The adjustment can be graduated to suit the patient’s tolerance levels at any given time in any session with informed consent, aiming to restore range of motion within the joint and reduce pain.

We offer Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and sports massage.
Our standard massage session is 60 minutes, but we also offer longer and shorter appointment times. Our most popular is 45min.
You may undress to your comfort level, but our therapists are trained to drape you with a sheet or towel to maintain your privacy.
Soft Tissue Therapy All soft tissues have a normal resting length, texture and tone. Over-time through use, these parameters can become less than optimal. Soft tissue therapies aim to restore this normal resting length, giving full range of motion within our joints and reducing chemical irritation and the formation of trigger points or scarring. A wide range of techniques are used, all within tolerance levels of our patients.
Dry Needling Aims to reduce pain in patients with neuromusculoskeletal conditions by inserting a needle intramuscularly into a taut band within the tissue (or Trigger point). The needle interacts with local nociceptors (pain receptors), reducing pain and chemical irritation.

Cupping Aims to revitalize connective tissues by loosening adhesions and increasing blood flow stimulating the peripheral nervous system. This can reduce pain and reduce blood pressure, modulating the immune system.

This is different for each individual, and the condition of their skin. Anywhere from five days to two weeks.
IASTM stands for Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization.
Aiming to breakdown scars, adhesions and restrictions within the fascia or connective tissues. IASTM achieves this by stimulating and remodelling through resorption of excess fibrosis and collagen repair secondary to fibroblast recruitment.

Rigid Taping & Kinesio Taping Can both reduce pain and improve functionality of a joint, improving quality of life. Kinesio taping can also reduce tissue temperatures through adherence to tissues enhancing recovery rates. Rigid taping can support the joint whilst healing. Kinesio tape aids the brain in regaining control of the joint through proper movement patterning and control.
